Epoxy Flooring Services

We offer the full range of epoxy flooring to cater for every requirement you may have.

Floor Preparation

We provide professional floor preparation services throughout the UK, ensuring every project begins with a smooth, durable, and installation-ready surface. We understand how crucial proper preparation is when fitting epoxy resin flooring, as the quality of this stage determines the longevity and performance of the final finish.

Correct concrete floor preparation forms the basis of any successful flooring installation. If old coatings, contaminants, or uneven areas are not removed, new flooring will struggle to bond and may fail early. Our skilled team uses advanced Husqvarna grinding machinery to deliver an immaculate finish, creating the ideal foundation for screeds, coatings, or resin systems.

Our Floor Preparation Services Include:

  • Concrete Grinding & Polishing – Producing an even, smooth surface free from flaws.
  • Removal of Old Coatings & Adhesives – Taking away existing paints, sealers, or failed flooring layers.
  • Surface Cleaning & Sealing – Clearing dust, oils, and debris to ensure optimal adhesion for new flooring.
  • Levelling & Repairs – Treating cracks, uneven spots, and defects to restore your concrete ahead of installation.

Chemical Resistant Flooring

With extensive experience, we offer a range of chemical-resistant flooring solutions suited to production areas, chemical bunds, walkways, storage spaces and warehouses. Many industrial environments use acids, solvents and other corrosive substances that can weaken or erode standard flooring. Unprotected concrete deteriorates quickly when exposed to chemicals, and even food and drink spillages in commercial settings can damage floor finishes.

Chemical-resistant epoxy and polyurethane systems provide a seamless, long-lasting finish that withstands contact with aggressive acids, alkalis and solvents. Our highest-performance option is a FeFRA Type 8 system such as Altro Crete or Resdev Pumadur HF, installed at 2–8/9mm thickness. These heavy-duty screeds offer exceptional resistance and come with 10–15 year guarantees and life expectancies of 15–20 years.

We also supply polyurethane wall render systems finished with a coloured grout, creating a secure, fully sealed chemical-resistant surface. When applied in bunded areas, this protects against leaks and spillages and is ideal where containment is essential.

Our industrial coating options include high-build epoxy systems, UV-stable polyurethane coatings and a highly chemical-resistant three-coat BASF Xoultec system. These solutions perform on both horizontal and vertical surfaces and are suited to demanding environments such as wastewater treatment plants, sewage and effluent pipelines and biogas facilities.

Non-Slip Flooring

Slip-resistant epoxy flooring is essential in most commercial and industrial environments, where both wet and dry surfaces can pose safety risks. Our anti-slip resin flooring systems enhance workplace safety and can be tailored to specific needs across a wide range of sectors, including hospitals, food production, retail, hospitality, vehicle maintenance, education, manufacturing, animal care, laboratories and pharmaceutical facilities. With over 20 years of experience, we can advise on where non-slip flooring should be installed to best protect employees.

One of our leading waterproof, slip-resistant solutions is Altro Grip, a solvent-free, multi-layer epoxy system that provides a textured, durable, chemical-resistant finish. It is ideal for wet areas such as showers, production spaces and other settings where reliable traction is essential. We also supply Pumadur HF, a heavy-duty alternative well suited to preventing accidents on slippery floors.

For added safety, we offer anti-slip floor coatings that improve grip and extend the life of existing flooring. Products such as Altro Seal deliver long-lasting slip resistance and help create safer environments for staff and visitors. Our range of non-slip solutions ensures reliable performance and protection across diverse workplaces.

Line Marking & Demarcation

Our industrial line marking systems are low-odour, solvent-free, and provide outstanding chemical and abrasion resistance with a high-gloss finish, ensuring clear, visible demarcation for both indoor and outdoor areas. Designed to enhance workplace safety, our solutions guide both pedestrians and vehicle traffic effectively. Options include:

  • Walkways (walking man symbols)
  • Forklift routes
  • Fire escape hatch boxes
  • Racking system positions
  • Numbering and lettering
  • Lines and stencilling
  • Pedestrian zebra crossings

These marking solutions are ideal for floors experiencing heavy traffic or obstacles throughout working areas. We recommend all warehouses and workshops incorporate our demarcation systems to reduce the likelihood of workplace incidents or collisions.

Industrial Line Marking in Warehouses

Demarcation is a key component of warehouse flooring, providing safe pathways and clearly marked exits for emergencies. Almost all our warehouse flooring projects include line marking services, reflecting our clients’ understanding that clear demarcation is essential for maintaining a safe, organized environment for employees and visitors alike.
